The wait for a new shell was long, so we implemented a custom solution to quickly replace the shell with a part sourced from a local supplier. The part was assembled from two pieces and welded by our team. This was a solution never used before. As a result, production was able to continue temporarily until the original part was delivered, saving the client millions of dollars.
