Other companies were unable to identify the cause, but after our detailed analysis, we diagnosed the issue and implemented an effective solution. Steem Tube Dryer - Shell Correction Cut - Iran
During our inspection of the kiln in Iran, we identified a significant radial run-out in the shell, which was causing frequent cracks in the casing. To address this issue, we performed a corrective cut to restore the proper geometry of the shell. After this intervention, the problem was fully diagnosed and resolved, and there have been no further issues with the Steam Dryer operation since then. Our solution provided the client with improved performance and reliability of the equipment.

Reclaimer - dimentionsl control - Iran
As part of the project in Iran, we conducted a detailed dimensional control of the track geometry and identified necessary adjustments for optimization. After implementing the adjustments, the machine’s performance became more efficient. Component wear was reduced, and vibrations were eliminated, leading to improved operational efficiency and extended equipment lifespan.

Steem Tube Dryer - Shell Replacement - Iran
During the project in Iran, a cracked shell coating prevented the continuous operation of the entire equipment. The wait for a new shell was long, so we implemented a custom solution to quickly replace the shell with a part sourced from a local supplier. The part was assembled from two pieces and welded by our team. This was a solution never used before. As a result, production was able to continue temporarily until the original part was delivered, saving the client millions of dollars.

Supporting Roller Replacement Supervision - Iran
We provided supervision for the comprehensive replacement of the supporting roller in the largest rotary kiln in Iran. The replacement was verified through precise measurements, and we also improved other geometric parameters of the kiln. After this intervention, the kiln operated smoothly, avoiding numerous unplanned downtimes and production losses.

Before our intervention, the client faced frequent bearing failures and replacements, with adjustments made by other companies yielding little results. We implemented our innovative method for thrust monitoring system installation, precisely setting all rollers in a neutral position and minimizing axial forces to an absolute minimum. After our intervention, no bearings were damaged, and the equipment has been functioning properly for many years, eliminating the issue of failures and costly replacements.

In the project with the rotary dryer in Iran, we implemented our advanced thrust monitoring system installation technique to accurately align 6 supporting rollers in a neutral position. This achieved optimal balance for the equipment and minimized axial forces to the lowest possible level.
