(But then it is also clear to maintenance manager).

We use: Industrial Robotic Leica Total Stations, Inductive Sensors, Digital Dial Gauges, Leica Laser Distance Meters, etc.

Stare-of-art technology allows to control accuracy at every stage of measurement.

In addition, thanks to build-in Automatic Target Recognition System human errors are reduced to minimum.

So, in fact, there is no option for not reliable measurement data.

We emphesize that the kiln expert must be able to adjust kiln axis as well as improve the axial balance.

You do not need to employ or order another party and pay for a second arrangment. We provide it subsequently at the same visit by the same experienced experts.

After all the measurements and report presentation we stay at the plant to upervise all our recommendations. If we recommend that some support roller adjustment is required, we stay and supervise all the procedure according to international standards. We stay with you until all required actions are finished to make sure that kiln parameters are improved.

Our standard HKA service includes measurement
of support rollers skew in reference to actual kiln axis.

While it seams to be obvious and necessary for correct
diagnostics, many OEMs do not measure this parameter and
replace this important survey by „roller center to center
distances”. In fact, roller center distances may be perfectly equal,
suggesting the roller are set paralel, but without reference to kiln
axis it can also be critically skewed in one direction causing essential
negative consequences.

We do not skip measuring parameters just because it is more time
consuming.

Our Shell Profile Survey includes polar diagrams of each cross section and full 3D animation of rotating kiln shell, illustrating current deformation of the kiln shell.

We provide it for every kiln we measure and we demonstrate results on site, providing digital copy for further analyses.

This service is unique and we really do it, not only advertise it.

We measure 3 different parameters:  Radial run-out, Local deformation, Total run-out

Our standard HKA includes survey of Ovality parameter.

Our Shell Ovality Test is a direct and physical
survey of the kiln shell flexing. We use high precision ovality sensors to provide reliable result. The survey
is taken 3 times each side of each tire. What we offer is not “relative ovality” – purely theoretical parameter, calculated mathematically without relation with real condition of the kiln shell, its current material strength and possible micro defects.

We don’t accept low quality solutions and short-cuts.

We prepare final technical report on the spot. So, all the recommendations and necessary action to improve kiln operation can be discuss and explain in detail.
